thread color options
If you want to make sure we create your order in the shade you have in mind please be as specific as possible when ordering. Also, please realize that colors on your computer monitor screen will appear different than our actual thread colors.  These colors are approximate visual representation only. Also, dye lots change. So if you order HOT PINK for one order and then HOT PINK in two years from now, color may not be exact shade.

how long do orders take?
All orders are done on a RUSH Basis. If item is in stock, it will go into production right away. Could be same day, next day, or could be within a week's time. The best thing to do is allow as much time as possible and always provide us your time-frame requirements when placing your order.  If we can't meet your deadline, we will notify you promptly.

what is your procedure for creating one-of-a-kind items?

We love creating, one-of-a-kind customized items so  just email us and let us know what type of item/design you are looking for. Give us an idea of the budget you'll be working with, who the recipient is and your time-frame.  From there we can make suggestions based upon those facts and provide you with a price quote and options.

If you have a specific logo you'll need on the item, email it in whatever format* you have along with your all your requirements. (.jpg, .tiff, .ai, .pdf are all acceptable.*)

If you'd like a stock logo added to your item, let us know what kind you are looking for. For ie: if you'd like a dog on a pet blanket, specify whether you'd like it to be cartoonish, or more realistic looking. Specify the breed, etc. stock designs

 gift orders that you'd like drop shipped
All gift orders will be photographed and emailed to you so you can see how your order turned out.


customer supplied items

On occasion we will embellish customer supplied materials.  We do not  embellish leather or silk, or heirloom, irreplaceable articles.   You understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your article and that we cannot reimburse you in the event of a machine malfunction which could result in a ruined garment. Also we cannot accept any items that could result in damage to our machines. Send us a photo of item you'd like to embellish and we will let you know right away if we can embellish it. 


our policy and guarantee
Since our items are custom made we are unable to accept returns once the item has been silk screened or embroidered. Please note however that our policy is 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed and that we do everything possible to ensure that you will get exactly what you envisioned, if not better.  If the product is defective due to defects in manufacturing please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase. 
 
For custom designed orders we will provide you with a virtual proof which is as close to an actual representation as possible and for our large corporate orders, a test sewout will be provided if deemed necessary.
